At Ensaur Gifts, we simplify global logistics. Our comprehensive Door-to-Door Shipping Service is designed to deliver your custom products directly to your specified address, hassle-free.

1. Our Standard Service: Door-to-Door Delivery

For all orders, we provide a fully managed shipping solution which includes:

  • Free Shipping: All quoted prices include standard shipping costs.

  • Two Shipping Methods: We optimize delivery using Air Freight (faster) or Sea Freight (more economical for large/heavy orders).

  • Full Customs Clearance: We handle all export and import customs clearance procedures on your behalf as part of our service.

  • Final Delivery: All shipments include last-mile delivery to the address you provide.

2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Timelines

Note: The total delivery time consists of production time (confirmed in your order) + transit time (above). All timelines are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control (see Section 5).

3. Order Tracking & Support

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with:

  • A tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment’s journey.

  • Proactive notifications for major milestones (e.g., departure, customs clearance, local delivery).

  • Contact information of our logistics partner for local delivery inquiries.

4. Special Shipping Terms (Upon Request)

Our standard policy is designed for simplicity. However, we are flexible and can accommodate special arrangements upon prior written agreement, including:

  • FOB (Free On Board) [Port]: You manage main freight and import.

  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight) [Port]: We deliver goods to your nearest port.

  • Customer’s Designated Freight Forwarder: We can prepare the shipment for pickup at our factory.
    Please discuss these needs with your sales representative before order confirmation for a revised quote.

5. Important Notes & Limitations

  • Delivery Address: Ensure your provided address is accurate and complete. Additional fees for address corrections or re-delivery attempts will be the client’s responsibility.

  • Unforeseen Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, customs inspections, port congestion, or other force majeure events. We will keep you informed and help resolve any issues.

  • Import Duties & Taxes: While we cover standard clearance fees, some countries may levy specific import duties, taxes, or handling fees (“Duties & Taxes”). These are typically the importer’s (your) responsibility unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. We will advise on estimated amounts whenever possible.

  • Insurance: All shipments include basic carrier liability. All-risk insurance for the full order value can be purchased upon request.
